SERVICES
CLEANING: Weekly cleaning charges are included in the price.
DAILY CLEANING: Not included, on request at € 10.
BED LINEN: Changed every 5 days included in the price.
TOWELS: Changed every 3 days included in the price.
ELECTRICITY: Included in the price.
AIR CONDITIONING: Included in the price.
MUNICIPAL TAXES: € 1 per person per day must be added.
DEPOSIT: On final confirmation Customers must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total.
PAYMENT: Must be paid on arrival.
CHECK OUT: The rooms are to be vacated on day of departure by 10:30.
CANCELLATION: Customers will be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid only in the event of a cancellation made within 15 days from the date of arrival. From the 14th to the 7th day, a penalty equal to 50% of the stay and from the 6th day 100% of the price specified in the reservation will have to be paid.
